Our story
From one idea in 2019 to a UK network
Arthur & Hamilton was founded in 2019 in London, as part of a network of property investment firms with a shared belief: that multi-let homes could be done properly - premium, well-run and built around the people living in them.
What began in London grew into a UK-wide network creating premium homes for corporate professionals and students. Today that network spans Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Oxford, Cardiff and Newport - and in Cardiff, Arthur & Hamilton brings that experience to bear as a true end-to-end HMO management and investment company.

Lovely little place to stay, set up like a mini boutique hotel. Everything was really neat and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and the internet was great. I felt really comfortable and secure, and it was only a 20 minute walk into town.
