  • Gathering compliance certificates

    We collect the gas safety record, EICR and EPC - and arrange renewals where anything is missing or due.

  • Re-issuing the written statement

    If the occupation contract needs a fresh written statement, we prepare and issue it to your contract-holders.

  • Introducing ourselves

    We write to your contract-holders, explain the change of agent, and share our contact details so they know who to call.

  • Seamless rent collection

    We pick up rent collection from the changeover date so the money keeps flowing into your account without interruption.
